Early Arrival?
Many of us in Central Texas think this is an early arriving Nashville Warbler. This photograph was taken by Bill Ravenscroft on February 14, 2009. Your comments and observations would be appreciated.

My mom has one of the central texas warblers in her yard right now. We live 60 miles north of Austin and 35 miles south of Waco. It came in about the first week of January. Thanks for helping us identify it.
This is an Orange-crowned Warbler - notice the broken eye-ring, the darkness in the lores, and the gray veiling of the greenish not yellowish undertone.
